Terms of use for copylike.me

1. Service

copylike.me enables taking a preference test, searching for similarities, and private conversations. The service is free in the first version. We do not guarantee finding a match or a specific waiting time.

2. Account and age

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Enter your own email address and confirm it with a link. Do not share login links with others. Do not impersonate others and do not create accounts to circumvent blocks.

3. Test and matches

Respond according to your preferences. The result describes the similarity of responses, not a diagnosis or guarantee of compatibility in life. Each person independently accepts the conversation. Skipping matching closes the possibility of starting this conversation.

4. Conversation Rules

Spam, harassment, threats, unlawful content, unwanted sexual content, impersonation, and data fraud are prohibited. Respect the conversation partner's privacy. Do not publish someone else's messages or data without a valid basis. A user can block a person or report a violation.

5. Moderation

Reports are considered based on the provided description. The operator may limit or block an account that violates the rules. The moderator panel does not automatically provide private conversations. For moderation decisions, contact the operator at the address specified in the privacy policy.

6. Termination of Use

You can end a conversation, download data, and delete your account in your profile settings. Deleting an account is irreversible in the active database. Information about data and backups is described in the privacy policy.

7. Contact and Complaints

You can report technical problems, submit complaints about the service, and request a review of a moderation decision at kamil@copylike.me. Describe the problem, its approximate date, and how to reproduce it. If the matter concerns an account, provide the nickname or email address used on the service only to the extent needed to identify the report. You may attach a screenshot after removing third-party data. Do not send passwords, login codes or links, or the contents of other people's conversations.

A request to review a moderation decision should identify the decision, its date if known, and the reasons why you are requesting a review. We will send our response and the outcome of the review to the email address from which you sent the request. If we need additional information to clarify the matter, we will ask for it by the same means.
